About Egham student rooms
We are private landlords Pauline and Luke Hamill (mother & son). We offer a student accommodation service for students at Royal Holloway University of London in Egham, Surrey, UK. We have 5 student houses with a total of 24 rooms. Depending on availability you can rent the entire property or individual rooms.
As Members of the NLA and Accredited to Runnymede Council we are responsible, friendly landlords ensuring that if there are issues these are resolved fast. We have been running Egham Student Rooms for 18 years so we're extremely experienced landlords. Please see the testimonials below from previous tenants.
